At Motor E bike , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your electric bike.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged bikes (not caused by shipping).

Custom-made or personalized orders.

Accessories or spare parts after installation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

If your bike arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
